Allied Health Advisory Groups
Driving excellence in allied health through expert guidance and professional collaboration
Our advisory groups represent the cornerstone of professional excellence in allied health services in work injury systems. Comprising leading practitioners, researchers, and industry experts, these groups work tirelessly to establish best practices, develop clinical guidelines, and ensure the highest standards of care across physiotherapy and exercise physiology disciplines.
The advisory group are predominantly focused on understanding how to systematically and proactively identify and address psychosocial risks for individual claims, and in work injury management systems at large, in order to maximise recovery.
Key responsibilities of the advisory groups include:
- Understand and implement the process of early identification of psychosocial risk and responses.
- Enhance current relationships between all stakeholders within work injury systems to ensure early and effective communication of psychosocial risks and responses.
- Seek greater collaboration with academia, industry bodies and allied health care businesses.
- Develop and publish content for allied health professionals and other stakeholders within work injury systems
