It Pays to Care for Workers: Virtual Information Session - April 2024

Last week, Dr Mary Wyatt and Sharon Stratford hosted a successful virtual information session for worker representatives, sharing the It Pays to Care policy and highlighting its benefits for workers.

The group heard from Professor Alex Collie, Monash University, who presented his research into successful RTW pathways. Professionals from across the country also provided their insights on how effective, collaborative work injury management strategies can be put into practice.

The event was a wonderful opportunity to engage with unions and others who support workers in the prevention and management of workplace injury. Thank you to those who joined in and provided great input, the valuable feedback we received will help shape future resources and engagements.
