Hosted by psychologist Sam Sellwood, Series One of the It Pays To Care podcast takes a look at an issue that's more and more common in Australia in recent years: psychological injury in the workplace.

This series follows the fictional but representative stories of Rachel, a teacher, and Jake, a supermarket worker, as they experience the psychological impacts of aggression at work. 

Along the way Sam will speak with a range of experts,  from union officials to a workers' compensation claims management specialist and an occupational physician, uncovering useful insights for listeners.
